Church Secretary

Role: Provides administrative and clerical support to the church staff, helping ensure smooth office and ministry operations.

Key Duties:

  • Prepare correspondence, newsletters, bulletins, and other communications.

  • Maintain office records, files, supplies, and calendars.

  • Review, distribute mail, answer routine correspondence, and assist visitors and callers courteously.

  • Notify committees of meetings and support office volunteers.

  • Act on routine matters in the supervisor’s absence.

  • Order office materials and perform other tasks as assigned by church leadership.
