Organist / Pianist / Music Assistant

Role: Serves under the Worship Leader to provide piano/organ music for worship and church activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Play for all regular and special services, rehearsals, and performances, including weddings, funerals, and revivals.
Accompany choirs, ensembles, and soloists as assigned.
Assist in planning worship services, rehearsals, and special music events.
Train and develop organists and pianists in the church.
Maintain practice schedule, music library, equipment, and inventories; recommend music selections.
Support the minister of music administratively (files, records, materials for choirs).
Perform other duties as assigned by the Worship Leader.
