Financial Secretary
Position Summary:
Maintains accurate church financial records, processes receipts and disbursements, and prepares regular financial reports in accordance with church policy.
Key Responsibilities:

Receive, count, and deposit offerings

Record all receipts and disbursements; post weekly contributions to individual accounts

Prepare monthly bank reconciliations

Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for leadership and church meetings

Prepare required quarterly and annual government reports
-
Process approved invoices and monitor budget balances

Issue checks to staff and designated organizations
